Part of Dubai Design Week
Chorus is an immersive installation in the Show Pod about the bond between people and the natural world. What you see and what you hear never quite match, until you realise they do.
We often picture nature as somewhere else: a forest, a reef, a place we visit. Chorus brings it closer. Play the sounds of a rainforest over a city at night, and the apartment blocks become a canopy full of life. A stadium chants like whales singing across the ocean. Our messages chirp back and forth like birds at dawn.
Every living thing calls out for the same reasons: to belong, to be found, to say "I'm here." Chorus brings those voices together, not as one voice but as a chorus. Different voices, one song.
The room needs you to finish the song. The centre wall always plays. The side walls wake up as you move. The more people inside, the more of the story appears and the fuller the chorus sounds. No headsets, no apps. Just step in and join the chorus.
